shareholders, agents, and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries,
and advertising, promotion and legal advisors are not responsible
for and shall not be liable for:
(i)
late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible,
or unintelligible entries;
(ii)
telephone, electronic, hardware, or software program, network, Internet,
or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties;
(iii)
errors in transmission;
(iv)
conditions caused by events beyond the control of FIELDERS Footy
Tipping that may cause the game to be disrupted or corrupted;
(v)
any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by a prize or
resulting from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize,
or from participation in the competition, downloading material from
this web site; or
(vi)
any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated
with the FIELDERS Footy Tipping competition.
FIELDERS Footy Tipping reserves the right, in its sole
discretion, to cancel or suspend any of its tipping competitions,
should virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other
causes beyond the control of the FIELDERS Footy Tipping,
in its sole opinion, corrupt the administration, security, fairness,
integrity, or proper operation of the competitions.
In the event of cancellation, FIELDERS Footy Tipping may
elect to award all merchandise prizes to winners randomly drawn
from among all participants who had entered the competition(s)
at the time of such cancellation. FIELDERS Footy Tipping
reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual
who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate,
modify or suspend the competition as a result.
Any attempt to deliberately "hack" or damage this website,
the information published herein or otherwise undermine the legitimate
operation of the FIELDERS Footy Tipping competition may be a violation
of criminal and/or civil law. In the event that such an attempt
is made and/or detected, whether successful or otherwise, FIELDERS
Footy Tipping reserves the right to prosecute accordingly and
seek reparation of damages to the full extent of the law.
By registering and participating, users agree to be bound by
these rules, terms and conditions, disclaimer, privacy and copyright
statements.
